Frustrated with Aramex

I have been trying to query the status on a delivery of a package, when you phone them you are waiting very long for assistance / or no assistance. You are not contacted if they reach the designated delivery point and there is no one there. When I eventually got through I was told the package is out for delivery yesterday again and will be delivered 16H00. I waited at the office with no delivery, once again phoned to query status after a long waiting period they answered and I was cut off to only try and phone again!!!! Apparently the package was returned without delivery!! Terrible service!
