Frustrated customer

Aramex SA's service is nonsense & very poor. The frustration after I ordered clothes at Shein and Aramex is been taking me back & forth for over a month now. I payed everything that needs to be paid for me to receive my parcel but I haven't received it. When I sent emails with no luck of response, I've been calling sometimes they take my calls, sometimes they don't. Hey I'm tired of this nonsense maan & it's not the first time. I don't even know what to say.
