From heros to Zeros

I started using Aramex Global Shopper a little over a year ago, and it was amazing... However after every order they just seemed to get worse and worse. Delivery times, communication, well pretty much everything just fell apart.

As we stand I have been waiting almost 2 months for my items to arrive.

My latest experience with them involved bringing in a few tablet stands. Not only did it take them so long to clear the item that SARS shipped to to their warehouse, but then I left to go on holiday for 2 weeks. During this time the items were meant to be cleared and ready to ship to me upon my return. Ive now been back for almost 2 weeks and still no sign of my items.

So yourself a favour, and just stay away from these guys...
