On the 15th Nov 2021 i ordered clothes from Shein cost of R3100.00 .My clothes were sent to South Africa .On the 30th Nov i got email saying i must pay Aramex R876.00 delivery i paid .On the 15th Dec my parcel was in Aramex Cape Town. I called Aramex several times to arrange delivery but with no luck ,phone is just ringing alone.On the 21 Nov i called Aramex in Kimberly they told me my parcel was involved in hijacking on the 20 Nov ,so i must contact Cape Town branch.I called Cape Town branch on the 21Nov again i was told my parcel was involved in hijacking on the 14th Dec .No one called me and give me update about my parcel up until i called myself. I believe Aramex has an insurance i need them to pay every cent of my parcel .They dont care about their customers ,you called them but they dont pick the phones .
