I would like to share my dissatisfaction with this company. I consider this as *****. I had placed an order in January, paid all that was due, including the delivery charge to this company. The order was dispatched from the seller, but is nowhere to be found with Aramex.

I have tried on countless occasions to contact the seller AND Aramex and have had no joy and no assistance. I was assisted by Tisneem from Aramex, who later on went silent on me. I provided proof of dispatch slip to them, but still, my order never arrived. Even after making contact several times.

They took my money and my order was never delivered. Nobody has tried to assist me in finding this order. CaseReference:JNB/0221/4716
