***** ON DELIVERY OF PACKAGE

Non receipt of delivery Waybill number DBP***. According to the tracking the item was delivered on the 15/*** however no signature evidencing receipt.. I called the number *** and spoke to Adelle Marimuthu advising her that i had not received the package. she assured me that the queries dept would contact me in 15 minutes. she failed to take my number down for a call back as well. No call received with regards to my query of the package that i did not receive. ARAMAX NEEDS TO ADVISE ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY PACKAGE!!!
