Follow up non-existent - package returned

Package sent from MAC/Estee lauder on 10 Feb. Delivery address incomplete, Aramex made NO attempt to contact me directly to confirm the name of the company where the delivery must take place. Contact numbers were correct. Package sent back to MAC on 18 Feb. Thus they just held onto a package without taking any action.
