Fix Your Call Center ASAP

A simple task like following up on the where about's of your parcel turns into Mission Impossible. The staff place you on hold and you are subjected to a loop of music that never ends and the call just cuts off. Reading all the reviews this complaint seems to feature frequently. you would think an effort to address this would be made........... I have so far been on hold for over an hour and just keep getting cut off.
