First And Last Time using Aramex

Your service is shocking! I send emails to find out what is happening with my parcel. It has been sitting at Customs waiting for clearance for EIGHT days! EIGHT DAYS?!?! Why?! I ordered another product online from New York 1 week AFTER I placed this order and I received that order earlier this week already. That order was at customs clearance for 2 days and was dispatched to me. Why are you taking 8 days to get clearance!? I placed this order over 1 month ago. First time using Aramex and hopefully the last. Never have I waited 8 days for clearance at customs!! I will certainly be informing the online store of your slow and terrible service. I'm sure it won't be the first time they hear of this. Sort my order out already and REPLY to my mails! This is ridiculous!!
