Find another courier service

Have used them in the past with no problems, however most recent shipments have taken up to 4 days instead of overnight - even from one major hub to another. When I could not track my parcel for three days (ie it did not move for 3 days) I got nervous and checked reviews - Aramex is effectively giving its customers the finger - so thanks but no thanks - taking my business else where.
