Fed up with aramex

I'm so Frustrated write now about Aramex, Customs and aramex have really made me fool for over weeks now they keeping my shipmemt which i have already paid for to be cleared on the 6th of Sept to this Account number ***Swift code NEDSZAJJ NEBANK

i call, email these people almost everyday but still nothing..i PAID R527 ..They put me on hold for over 1hour outing me from pillar to post with no luck and they end up cutting the call. I gave been emailing to Khangwelo Netshisaulu from the 6th. My shipment is just simply SHEIN clothes..What could be taking them so long to process my shipmemt..Could they be ******** people? what makes them not responding to my emails. They never respond to emails at all. I am so fed up with them and i have run out of ways of communicating with them. I am waiting for a parcel i ordered on August that is taking them so long. I need explanation immediately.
