Fast and Smooth Custom Clearance
<p>Aramex claim to do fast and smooth custom clearance. However, that’s not the case. I have more than 10 parcels stuck at customs. After a week when it arrived, Aramex requested the Commercial Invoices. A week past and then they requested proof of payment. I forward all my paypal proof of payments. Another week past. Now they want Bank Statements. I feel this is ridiculous. No one has to know what’s going on in my Finances for it’s confidential. However, I sent them the Banks Statements. Another week has past and still no change. I think another week will past and then they will probably request to have my Credit Card… Strange I never had these problems with DHL nor TNT. Maybe it’s time to go back… Thanks Aramex for the fast and smooth Custom Clearance as promised.</p>
