False promises and 2 weeks for overnight delivery

A small shipment of face masks for my family was ordered from East London and sent with Aramex to Pietermaritzburg. This was sent on 25 April expecting 2 to 3 days delivery as there was a public holiday as well. 12 days later and still no delivery. The package was sent to Bloemfontein. This was incorrect. It sat there for several days. We have called almost every day to follow up and ask. Each time we have spoken to a supervisor who informed us that it will definitely be delivered “tomorrow “ and they will personally call back to confirm with us. The latest after several promises of next day delivery then told that they can’t deliver as it is not essential goods. It would never have been accepted if it was not essential goods.

This service is not acceptable. Constantly messed around and **** to. And we still do not have our essential package.
