False marketing!

I went to Pick and Pay Thabong Mall to send my parcel via aramex, it was on Tuesday the 25th of June 2024. Their promise is that it takes 24 to 72 hours to reach the destination. When I tried to track my parcel 3 days later it eas still being processed, which was a lie! I went back to the store after reading the reviews here only to discover that my parcel as well ad others are still there. Took it and went somewhere else!! Sadly I lost money which they won't refund, but its better than losing goods worth more!
