False Attempted Deliveries

The worst possible service and unprofessional "customer care". The delivery driver FALSELY claims that he/she has attempted to deliver my parcel but "customer is unavailable" - which is completely incorrect and untrue as I have been home on both "delivery dates" and NO ONE ever showed up. They have my correct address, yet I am still awaiting delivery and feedback from customer care. Absolutely useless!
