False Advertising-No service delivery

Parcel sent from a Dropbox in Pretoria to an address in Pretoria took 8 days to be delivered. Parcel was eventually returned to me after numerous phone calls and business chat bot correspondence. Shocking and inefficient service received. Advertising next day delivery is false advertising!!!!
