False advertising, do not fall for it.

Whatever you do, do not use these guys. Simply put, they lie about their service to get your money and then make all sorts of excuses when your parcel doesn't arrive. In order to get delivery in 1 business day they say you must: 1) drop of the parcel before 3pm the previous business day - parcel was dropped off at 12pm on Thurs 6 May 2021 2) You must drop it off in a central point in a city and not an out lying area - parcel was dropped off in Central PE. 3) The parcel must have a central city delivery address and not an out lying area - delivery was to Durban CBD.

Despite following all these rules and paying for a specific service, a day and a half later my parcel is still at the departure point in PE. When I call their Call Centre, all I get is "sorry, it may be in Durban on Monday". Aramex lie about their service and I defy them to prove otherwise. Use Postnet or anyone else, at least you stand a chance of getting what you pay for.
