false advertising and no delivery

I went to an Aramex store in Louis Trichardt on Friday (02 March 2018) to drop my parcel in the drop box. As pre their promise to their customers, The parcel was supposed to be picked up at 3pm latest. on Monday (05 March 2018) I tried tracking my parcel to check the progress but my tracking number was not recognized, I then contacted the store in Pretoria(that's where the parcel was going) to find out if my parcel was there, the lady told me that parcels in Louis Trichardt were not collected on Friday and they will only be collected on Monday. as if that was not an inconvenience enough, today(06 March 2018) I tried to track my parcel again knowing it was collected yesterday but my tracking number could still not be picked up. I then called the store and was told that chances are my parcel and other parcels in my town were not collected. false advertising is a serious offense, you don't make business and attract customers with lies. the fact that you guys collect everyday was what attracted me to use your courier but I was ****med, I feel so angry cause the parcel was supposed to have reached the receiver on Monday, I've lost out on business because of your lies. all I'm asking now it that you find my parcel and bring it back to me if you can't send it where it was intended to. I've spent my R99 on nothing but I can't lose my parcel as well. keep your *********** service but bring back what's mine. I will definitely make sure the world knows about your sick service so they don't get conned as well. I'm writing this with such a broken heart.
