Failure to Deliver / Poor Service / ****

Deceptive **** of a disservice! An overnight commitment to deliver a document has turned into 7 days of non-delivery. I have been passed from agent to agent with unfulfilled promises to "deliver as priority tomorrow". Whoever owns this business is doing a disservice to the industry! Still not delivered by the way! Sickening.
