Failure to deliver parcel for over a month

An order from China which Arived at Aramex in Johanesburg on the 8th of May.has since not been delivered to me.it been with aramex for over a month now. I have called;emailed and given empty promises.Tjey requested proof of payment which I did on the 20th of May and had it emailed. Aramex is such a disgrace when it comes to delivery. Never using their services ever again. The annoying and hurtful part is that you speak to one employee who promises to help but never does. All they di is request information from me which I provide ;but they do not ensure that I receive my parcel. Im wondering if the parcel is still with them or it has varnished.
