Failure to deliver my product

I made an order for a very important package on monday nigjt and it got sent out on tuesday morning. Today is thursday and i still have not recieved it, when i called yesterday i was told i would recieve it today. When i called today i was told i will recieve it tomorrow. The consultant even hung up on me and i paid for an overnight service. Im so disgusted in the service honestly
