Failure to deliver

My waybill no is WALBTG***SI,This is a stationery parcel for my child and you cannot deliver today and I cannot come collect it myself ,I have spoken to 4 people on the phone ,the first one dropped my call without giving name ,Jade,Rebecca,Duane .I am told I cannot come collect and you cannot deliver today or tommorrow maybe on thursday ,I am taking to social media ,no child should be denied 2 days of school because of your processess
