Failed to deliver parcel - ***
<p><br />"For just R99, you can send a parcel to any destination in South Africa. Main centres will be delivered by 12h00 the following business day (outlying areas may take up to 72 hours to deliver). For R299, documents can be delivered to any worldwide destination." This is what Aramex says when they are looking for customers, but mysteriously I learnt that it actually takes 72 X 2 hours for the parcel to be delivered.</p> <p>I dropped my parcel by PNP Maponya by 10 am on the 23 February 2017, today is 01 March 2017 02pm my parcel is still lying somewhere in Bloemfontein to be delivered. I feel misled by the opening statement by aramex. All I want is the parcel delivered to my customer within the stipulated time frame. I'm so disappointed with aramex, the other time, the guys at their Nelspruit center didn't have a clue on when the parcel will be delivered, one was saying today, another said tomorrow. Please speak one language, and be clear on what is outlying areas and what is not. And make that info available to customers.</p>

My customer, finally receives her parcel, but guess what...... the parcel is damaged. These are the results of over-promising and under-delivering, or late delivering. Now I have to refund the customer cause the goods are damaged. I am livid I am angry I am dissatisfied, please when you call me tell me that you are going to reimburse my business. Don't call me if you are not going to do anything about the damaged goods.
