Failed by Aramex South Africa

I posted a parcel, DBP*** on 08 Dec 21 containing very important documents that must be filed in court in Klerksdorp by14 Dec 21. Its 5 days later and the parcel has not arrived. So much for "we can take up to 72hrs to deliver"! If i cant file tomorrow, i lose the case. Worst courier ever, will never use them again and wont recommend to anyone.
