Fail to deliver

First and foremost, I am both disappointed and repulsed by the level of professionalism this company has demonstrated towards us. Tuesday our parcel was delivered from Durban using your services because you guarantee a 72 hours delivery timeframe. Today, more than 72 hours later we are told that we should expect our parcel next week Wednesday due to their incompetence, which is ****** 8 days later. If we wanted to wait over a week to receive our parcel then we would have simply paid R12 for a post office stamp in contrast to paying 10 times that amount for speedy delivery which did not happen. The service is useless, the contact agents are even worse and they don’t care about their customers. We are never using this pathetic, pitiable and disgraceful company that fails to meet its obligations after taking its customers monies, promising them false service and hiding behind impractical excuses.
