Extremely Unsatisfied Client

I am so irate.

I was supposed to get a package on Tuesday which I have still not received today. I and the shipper have followed up on numerous occasions and empty promises have been made. I was assured I would get it today after expressing that I am leaving Capetown tomorrow morning. I have talked to so many people already, some rude, some not helpful at all and those who try their best just end up sounding *********** as I still don't have my package. I was even told it would be made up to me by getting my package this morning yet I was supposed to get it on Tuesday. This is not the first time I am experiencing this. Your service is extremely bad
