EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING FROM ARAMEX - PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED 1 MONTH LATER

i ordered items from amazon usa in November and i still have not received them to date. its now the 28th of December. they arrived in the country within a week of placing the order off amazon but Aramex has held the packages for weeks on end and when i esquire why has there been a delay all i get is 'customs clearance'. when i ask what the issue is with customs they say there is no issue, just a delay.

i ordered another item off of amazon but this time opted for DHL, the item was delivered to me within 8 days of placing the order which tells me this 'customs' delay is actually with customs but rather on the part of aramex.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT USE ARAMEX FOR SHIPPING. USE DHL OR ANOTHER LOGISTICS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR ITEMS IN ANY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME
