Extremely POOR service received - ****

My parcel from MAC cosmetics was received at their warehouse on the 30th of November and to date the parcel still has not been dispatched. Don't even try contacting their support team, Talent who is the consultant that was assisting me was really not bothered and couldn't wait to close the ticket. I just want my parcel
