Extremely poor service from Aramex South Africa

Aramex South Africa is a worst courier company when coming to courier and customer service. I phone them today 31 December 2025 inquiring about my parcel after receiving a message from their tracking system that I'm not available, whereas I was available the whole day. While talking to the support consultant, she was so rude and not willing to listen to my complain. She told me I will only receive my parcel on Friday 02 January 2026. I waited for my parcel since from 24 December 2025 until now when they told me that I will receive my parcel on 02 January 2026.
