Extremely poor service ever

Am very much dissapointed with the aramex company their service is very poor and they never fail to dissapoint. Since last week monday waiting for my parcel till today i haven't received it i attempted to call them you have to struggle before you get help even when you get hold of them still they can't help since they promised me that they are contacting the driver who has my parcel and they will get back to me since then they have not even called to update me how far is the driver with my parcel . I have never experience such a poor service in my life..i think is hightime that companies that we buy their products from needs to find other alternative because wow this is extremely poor.
