EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!

Shody service for months now! Aramex don't even deserve 1 star. Rather use any other Courier service...you are guaranteed to have better service than with Aramex.

I have to courier meds from my doctor in CT up to JHB where I live. Every month there is a problem. I have paid for overnight delivery each time, but I am yet to actually receive my parcel the next day. Last month it took more than 2 weeks for me to receive it. False claims that I was not there to receive the delivery, when I can prove that nobody buzzed at the gate to deliver the parcel.

Now I am having the same nonsense yet again. My parcel was dropped off at the Pick n Pay store at 8:30am on Thursday, 5 May. I initiated tracking the parcel with Aramex as soon as I received a copy of the weighbill from the Doctors rooms on Thursday afternoon, only to be told I can only start tracking the parcel from 8pm onwards. Of course I received no response at that time of the evening. So I chased them up again yesterday...again no resolution, they do not have my weighbill number in their system. Now this morning I receive a message to say they cannot find my parcel so a case has been opened and I can expect further feedback on Monday afternoon only.

I am now done with this company!
