Extremely poor service!

Very poor service. I booked for a parcel to be collected. I phoned on the 2nd of June 2026. The parcel was scheduled to be collected on the 3rd of June, between 8am and 10am. Not collected. On the 4th of June - no collection. My parcel had to be in Cape Town by the end of business on the 4th of June. I will never make use of Aramex again and I will not recommend using them.
