Extremely Poor Service

Extremely poor service. My parcel left Joburg on the 18/02/22 at 06H45 but even today on the 24/02/22 at 20H25 I am waiting because the stupid driver claims not to get hold of me and their office does not want to give out the driver's contact numbers. You guys must just close close shop, I mean do you ever care to read all these reviews about your company??????
