Extremely long to deliver

Took two weeks to get my package delivered. Agents let me know twice that it will be delivered by a certain date twice, including the morning of, it was confirmed that it will be delivered that day. It never came. No communication from them to let you know the package will not be delivered. Extremely poor service. I would not recommend them at all!!!
