EXTREMELY happy with the Service from Aramex!

I was expecting a parcel from Canada sent by a Canadian Company via Aramex. This company then messed up the Customs Invoice and Declaration of Value of Goods. My parcel was then held up at Customs for inspection.<br> <br> After getting in contact with Hein, this issue was dealt with extremely swiftly. He requested Proof of Payments and Invoices from me and sent them through to Bianca (who deals with Customs directly) straight away. My parcel was then released within the same day and I'm hoping to receive it by end of the week.<br> <br> Thank you SO much for going the extra mile, keeping me updated every step of the way AND for always being extremely friendly even though I was making a bit of a nuisance of myself.<br> <br> I truly appreciate the amazing service.
