Extremely extremely bad service from Aramex 😭

I'm very disappointed with the service I've been receiving from Aramex, I've been waiting for almost a month for them to send me a payment link for Vat & Duties, i have been communicating with them via WhatsApp and via call Centre. To the pint they even told me that I don't have to make payment for the parcel.

Now I've received communication from Aramex that my shipment has been handed over to the states warehouse due to non-payment of Vat & Duties. I'm extremely angry because I have been making follow ups and calling almost every day and the service is beyond terrible.

A month has already gone by waiting for payment link for Vat & Duties and they agents are extremely terrible and lack knowledge of what is happening and what needs to be done, the agents who assisted me, to the point that when I asked for payment link she told me I don't have to pay vat and duties when I called in the morning on the 6th of January 2026 then few hours later I get the message that I needed to pay.

Service is really bad and even beyond bad, shops clerk or agents for Aramex needs to go for training because they have misinformed me so many times after making follow up on my shipment.

BAD SERVICE!!!
