Extremely Disappointing & Absolutely Useless

Aramex are absolutely useless for such a major company who specializes in couriers and delivery. They have been of no help at all for a parcel they were meant to deliver last week and they still want me to wait another week for my parcel to be delivered. Absolutely disappointing! When ordering anything specify that you would not want aramex as your service provider because your parcel will not be recieved in the time it is meant to!
