Extremely disappointed with service

Im actually sick and tired of Aramex now – I have been sent parcels with Aramex many many times and I am have now come to a point of irritation-Firstly you guys promise a 24 hour delivery service by 12 but that has been fulfilled twice only since I started using you guys . I sent a parcel On Thursday (DBP4011****204) however I have been tracking and that parcel is not reflecting on the system –I have a client who awaits her goods urgently .The service you guys provide will is now a reputational risk to my business . I had another 2 parcels sent at the beginning of December ,1 parcel was delivered to the wrong person and the other was a day late –both enquiries I had to call your contact centre ,which is extremely useless-My call Kept on getting cut .I need this parcel sent to my client today –Tommorow is a holiday and that will cause further delay Amd already this is 3 days late .
