Extremely disappointed with Aramex’s service.

My shipment containing important medication, was supposed to be delivered on 06/05. After not delivering as promised, I followed up and was assured it would arrive the next day. Once again, no delivery took place.

To make matters worse, the tracking was updated to “attempted delivery/customer unavailable,” despite no phone call, message, or communication from the driver.

I have now spent days waiting for medication while continuously chasing updates myself. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency from Aramex is unacceptable, especially for a medical shipment.

I am requesting urgent resolution, proper communication, and immediate delivery of my parcel.
