Extremely bad service from Divine Virgin hair studio and Aramex

Aramex really dissapointed me as packages have always been delivered on time except for when I bought hair from Divine virgin hair studio which was on sale made payment and whilst the hair was ready for delivery process Aramex apparently lost the package so to my surprise instead of the Lady being compassionate, she was extremely rude stating that its not her problem, so whose problem is it? ARAMEX!! Tried communicating with the people at Aramex but still no help but was bombarded with rudeness. Its been a couple of months going back and forth with these people and they are so rude and not giving me usefull information. They are even reluctant to refund me or even send me the damn hair. The way Divine virgin hair studio conducts business is so bad as well as their courier partner Aramex give the business a really bad image.
