Extremely Bad service from Aramex Customs

Very Bad Service I'm receiving from Aramex customs my package has been stuck since 6 November I keep phoning for an Update and they need to generate a invoice to send me to pay the tax but no email has come trough yet even after phoning again. I want to pay so I can get my package, but no one can apparently do there job there.
