EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AT ARAMEX

I made use of Aramex for my purchase at Amazon USA. It is now over a month ago that the request was made to Aramex and to this day I'm given the run around as to when I'll actually receive my package. When I follow up, no one is ever able to give me accurate delivery dates. This has been escalated to management four times and still there is no movement on my package ever since it got to Jhb over two weeks ago and I'm in Cape Town. Last week I was promised delivery this past Monday. When I followed up on Tuesday, I spoke to the manager Tarryn who promised delivery between Thursday (today) and Friday. However, this morning when I tried confirming if all is in order for delivery as discussed with manager, the agent told me there still is no movement on my package, it's still not in transit and my package is still in Jhb. I immediately requested a call back from the manager as conveniently she was in a meeting, but still no feedback. Extremely bad service. I will never recommend or make use of them again.
