Extremely bad service

Worst service ever and not the first time. Can't compare their service to other international couriers - I avoid using them whenever I can. International parcel (#***) with them in Chicago for 11 days already with no movement. Tried to phone customer service (after having to listen to their marketing nonsense for about 10 minutes), only to be told they have no updates and can't tell me why there is no movement or why it is taking so long. I paid for priority international shipping (with shipping cost being more than item cost), only to be told by customer service representative that Aramex does not offer expedited shipping!! No assistance what so ever with no information or solution provided.
