Extreme incompetence!

I have never experienced such incompetence from a company, EVER!! I got an sms on Wednesday stating that my parcel was out for delivery! I waited all day just to not receive my parcel. I got a call Thursday morning & was asked for my address which I gave ONCE AGAIN & my parcel was STILL not delivered.

I sent them a whatsapp & Julia asked for my address & contact number ONCE AGAIN, which I gave to her & I was assured that I would have my parcel before close of business the next day (which is today), I still do not have my parcel. I have just sent them a whatsapo once again and someone by the name of Simphiwe asked for my address & contact details ONCE AGAIN!! I have asked Simphiwe to speak to a manager & he decided to stop responding! I want my parcel & my money back! This has caused me unnecessary grief & a huge inconvenience as I needed the parcel on Wednesday hence I paid for an overnight delivery! This is insane!!
