Extensive delay from Malaysia and Items ****** from my parcel

In Summary: My parcel was shipped from Malaysia on the 31/10/2017 arrived in JHB on the 02/11/2017 Parcel delayed in JHB for approx 14 days. Received parcel on 17/11/2017 with it being tampered with and 48 items removed / ******. Until today 01/12/2017 I am still waiting the answer for pending investigation. is this what we expect from an international company with no advices as to re-imbur*****t and loss of market share?
