Express Parcel still at their depot after a month!

This is the worst company I have ever experienced. I paid for an express delivery to Israel on the 3rd of June. The courier arrived without waybills. I discussed the details of the delivery prior to collection including the exact nature of the item. The parcel is still lying in Linbro park despite appealing to the the Vaal Branch manageress, by email, as call were not returned and our representative as well as the responsible department. Never again!!
