Express means 6 days

Express Shipment to Thailand takes 6 days, yet when it was shipped, i was advised 3 days. Have reported it twice via the system. and i am yet to have a response why the shipment was delayed. I want a refund on this as it is unacceptable to pay R6000 for an express shipment, and not have it sent express.
