Exploitation and ********* malpractice
Contents of package : supplements
We have sent a parcel with aramex , we received a verbal call that the vehicle carrying the shipment got hijacked to which the contents have been ******. And there is no written verification that they wish to send stating the same. They are an international company that does have insurance. They have stated that the loss should be ours to bear as they are not responsible and will not reimburse us. Neither will they take any accountability. We are unable to get an answer as to whether we should lay a case at the saps for such a case.
Aramexs behaviour and terms are in direct conflict with the customer protection act as attached below.
We have notified the national consumer commission to intervene. As just and fairly all those that have suffered similar losses should be brought forth as witnesses to such pathetic discerning customer responsibility from aramex. We do believe that a widespread campaign should be endorsed to make others aware of the losses sustained so they avoid this business with such malpractice and make more discerning and better informed choices.
We did initially hope that as an ethical company this could be resolved amicably ,we should be reimbursed for the package by aramex so we may in turn reimburse the recipient . Should they wish to resolve the matter we will not accept anything but an immediate reimbur*****t of the full amount of R2600. Barring such we are willing to knock on the national court doors for justice.
Regards
