Exceedingly poor service from Aramex.

Most inefficient courier company ever, despite their promises of "lightning fast deliveries" and "your parcel has never been safer". They are almost impossible to contact. When you do get hold of someone, they either cannot help, or they cut your call. I will never use them again and I will advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. I sent a parcel from Port Shepstone to Jhb on 2019-11-28, it is now 20:00 on 2019-12-03 and the parcel has not been delivered and I have not been able to ascertain when it will be delivered. So frustrating. I am so sorry I ever used Aramex! They are useless!!
