Empty promises

Received the worst services from Aramex they just keep and promising your parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow is tomorrow!!!!🙄 Package has been with them for two weeks now with no communication on what could be the delay or if they having challenges. Always using my airtime to do follow ups on empty promise 🚮
